1. Services
Automate India provides custom business automation solutions including but not limited to website automation, browser automation, Chrome extension development, web scraping, data extraction, Excel automation, PDF automation, OCR automation, ERP/CRM automation, API integration, and AI-powered automation solutions.
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each project will be defined in a separate project proposal or agreement provided to you before work begins.
2. Engagement Process
- All projects begin with a consultation to understand your requirements
- We provide a written proposal detailing scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing
- Work begins only after you accept the proposal and make the agreed advance payment
- Changes to scope after project commencement may affect timeline and pricing
3. Payment Terms
- Standard payment terms are 50% advance before work begins and 50% upon delivery
- For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules may be agreed upon
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
- GST will be applied as per applicable Indian tax laws
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of all custom code, scripts, and deliverables created specifically for your project. This includes:
- Custom automation scripts and bots
- Chrome extensions built for your business
- Custom integrations and connectors
- Documentation and training materials
We retain the right to use general-purpose libraries, frameworks, and methodologies we have developed independently. We may reference completed projects in our portfolio (without disclosing confidential details) unless you request otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business processes, data, and credentials as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely access to systems, portals, credentials, and data required for the project
- Ensure you have authorization to automate the processes and portals in scope
- Provide timely feedback during development and testing phases
- Not use our solutions for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes
- Accept responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your industry
7. Support and Maintenance
- Every project includes a complimentary support period (typically 30 days) after delivery
- During this period, we fix bugs and issues at no additional cost
- After the support period, maintenance and updates are available under separate maintenance agreements
- Changes to scope, new features, or enhancements after delivery are treated as new work and quoted separately
8. Limitation of Liability
Our automation solutions interact with third-party websites, portals, and systems that are outside our control. We are not liable for:
- Downtime, changes, or discontinuation of third-party portals or APIs
- Data loss resulting from third-party system failures or changes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our solutions
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. In case of termination:
- Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
- Completed deliverables will be handed over upon full payment
- Advance payments are non-refundable if work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed
10. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from our website without permission
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
